If you have a native, drought tolerant, edible, and/or sustainable garden... or just an amazing outdoor space in the Faircrest Heights neighborhood of mid-city Los Angeles that you would be willing to share, we would love to include you in our spring garden tour!
Become a Garden Host
Requirements
• Be at home for the five-hour event (11:00am – 4:00pm) and be available to answer questions about your garden.
• Agree that visitors can photograph your garden on the day of the tour and provide a short description of your garden to include on the tour map.
• Remove any potential hazards such as hoses, garden tools, etc. from paths and walkways. Post caution signs for any immovable hazards like bee hives, etc.
• Confine pets for the safety of pets and visitors.
• Place the tour sign in your yard a few weeks prior to advertise the event.
• Wear your host badge on the day of the event and have fun chatting with your neighbors about your garden!
Optional Ideas
• Label native or drought tolerant plants.
• Provide before and after photos of your garden;

Hosts Will Receive
• Garden tour lawn sign to post in host yard.
• Host badges to wear on the day of the event.
